Zen Gardenby Zariyaa

Two-Day Trial

Put the room on your floor before you decide.

A working two-day Zen Garden, staffed by a Zen Expert, with scope, privacy, measurement and commercial terms agreed in advance.

01

Fit call

We discuss floor population, space, sponsor, goals, privacy and timing.

02

Setup

A temporary three-zone environment and internal communication are agreed before the trial begins.

03

Two working days

Employees can use the room with an on-site Zen Expert responsible for the experience.

04

Evidence review

We review visit counts, observations that can be shared, limitations and decision options.

Local evidence before a permanent decision.

The purpose of the trial is not to impress everyone. It is to find out whether the room is useful on your floor, under definitions agreed before it opens.

After the review, the next step can be clear: proceed to permanent scope, revise and retest, or close the opportunity honestly.

A trial is scoped and quoted. Any decision about crediting a trial fee toward a permanent installation is made in the commercial conversation, not promised universally on this page.

What we will ask before we say yes.

  • How many people use the relevant office floor?
  • Is there an existing room or redesign window?
  • Who owns wellbeing, workplace, facilities, privacy, finance and procurement?
  • What decision or budget window exists in the next six months?
  • What would make this impossible even if people liked it?
